The Usual Suspects Favourite Cupcakes & Frostings Cupcakes: Vanilla: A light and airy Cupcake, made using Nielsin-Massy Vanilla Extract and home steeped Vanilla Sugar.
Chocolate: As the Vanilla Cupcake, but with a generous helping of Organic Cocoa powder added.
Raspberry Swirl: A Vanilla Cupcake with the delicious twist of a dollop of seedless raspberry jam swirled through. Smells heavenly and tastes devine!
Lemon: A Vanilla Cupcake with extract of lemon added, choose whether you would like to have them with unwaxed lemon rind or not. (my children hate it so I don't add it automatically)
Traditional Fruit Rich: What can I say about these?! I'm not usually a fan of the more traditional fruitcakes but these are just too lovely to miss. Heaps of fruit and a dash of sherry. Again no fruit rind or nuts are added so even the children will enjoy these.
Coffee: I don't drink coffee (tea only!), but have tried these amongst friends and family and they're a tasty Cupcake. The mini Cupcakes go well with a frothy coffee from the coffee shop!

Gingerbread Cookies You choose the shape you'd like and I'll bake it for you. It's a recipe that I've used with huge success over many, many years. Wonderful Wedding favours, various designs available either plain for you to decorate or pre iced. (prices vary on size and level of decoration) Fantastic for Childrens parties. I can decorate them to the theme of the party, cowboys, fairies etc. (prices vary on size and level of decoration)Wonderfull for alternative Christmas tree decoration.
No nuts are used in the baking of any of my cakes, I personaly don't like them and do not use them in my kitchen. Every effort is taken to ensure that my cakes are nut free, however I cannot guarantee that there may not be traces of nut in the kitchen.
